OLD AGE HOMES
Akshaya old age homes are widely regarded as some of the best in the country, and this is largely due to our dedicated staff who work tirelessly to ensure that our residents are given the love and care they deserve. We understand that the senior citizens who come to us are in the most vulnerable phase of their life, and we are committed to making this phase a happy one for them.
Our homes provide comfortable shelter, healthy food, and medical care to our residents. In addition to this, we also organize entertainment activities, tours, and visits to temples and places of interest to keep our residents engaged and entertained. Our aim is to create an environment where our residents feel loved, cared for, and happy.
We owe our success to the excellent support of our donors who have been a constant source of encouragement and motivation. It is their generosity that has enabled us to provide the best possible care to our residents. We are grateful for their support and hope that they continue to partner with us in our mission to provide a new life to abandoned senior citizens.
EDUCATION SUPPORT TO YOUTH
Akshaya Vidyalaya is a free English medium school that follows the Montessori method of teaching and learning. We believe in nurturing the holistic development of each child, focusing not only on academic excellence but also on their emotional, social, and physical well-being.
At our core, our mission goes far beyond paying school and college fees. We are dedicated to fostering the complete growth of each student, emphasizing academic excellence and the holistic development of well-rounded adults. We provide dynamic workshops on essential topics such as social skills, career pathways, interview techniques, and social responsibility.
As the academic year began, we guided our students in setting SMART goals and empowered them to track their progress diligently. Numerous opportunities were created for them to connect with peers from different schools and colleges, engage in stimulating debates, and learn from inspiring guest speakers who discussed critical issues like plastic pollution and personal motivation.
Recognizing that many of our students are the first in their families to pursue a college degree, we launched a mentorship program tailored to support their unique journeys. Each college student is paired with a carefully selected mentor who provides personalized career advice, insights into competitive exams, and guidance on course selection. These mentors build strong, supportive relationships with their mentees, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement to achieve their goals. In addition, we organize service opportunities for our students where they visit Akshaya old age homes and spend time with our senior citizens. We believe that these interactions provide enriching experiences to both our senior citizens and our students.
Together, we are shaping the leaders of tomorrow, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make a lasting impact on the world.

Akshaya Trust runs multiple free training initiatives to uplift rural children and women, focusing on education, culture, and livelihood skills.
Montessori Free Training
Over 50 rural women trained in Montessori methods.
Helps them secure jobs in early childhood education centers.
Free Tailoring Classes
More than 100 women enrolled.
Provides sewing machines and practical training for self‑employment.
Free Silambam Classes
75 rural children learning this traditional martial art.
Builds discipline, confidence, and preserves cultural heritage.
Free Volleyball Coaching
40 students trained regularly.
Encourages teamwork, fitness, and sportsmanship.
Free Art & Music Classes
100 children participate in drawing, painting, singing, and instrumental music.
Enhances creativity and cultural expression.
Free Chess Training
30 students trained in chess strategy.
Improves logical thinking, patience, and problem‑solving skills.
Akshaya Trust Goshala
The Akshaya Trust Goshala is a compassionate initiative dedicated to the care and protection of cows. Many abandoned, aged, and injured cattle find shelter here, where they are provided with food, medical attention, and a safe environment.
This project reflects the Trust’s commitment to animal welfare and traditional values of compassion. By supporting the Goshala, donors help sustain feeding programs, veterinary care, and shelter facilities that ensure dignity and comfort for these animals.
The Goshala also serves as a space for community engagement, encouraging people to participate in seva (service) and learn about sustainable practices in cattle care.
